The “Bistrot” is the gourmet area of the Viel dal Pan Restaurant.  It is reserved for guests who feel like having lunch out in the open.

In this magnificent terrace setting right by the slopes, with a spectacular view of the Marmolada/Marmolata glacier, executive chef Ivan Matarese offers a slightly “reduced” choice of dishes compared to the more elaborate menu in the restaurant.  The choices are still in keeping with the traditional Viel de Pan style – but the dishes are particularly suited to enjoyment outside, on a beautiful, sunny day: from a selection of cheeses served with honey to compotes, fig bread, venison tartare, steaming soups of the day and fried quail legs.  And every month brings a new exciting choice of dishes.
