The Luigi Gorza Retreat, at the summit of Portavescovo, near the mountain station, is located on the ancient Bread Road (Viale del Pane).

The cuisine at the Luigi Gorza retreat is distinct in its use of purely seasonal products. The self-service dishes are continually prepared in small quantities. This guarantees maximum freshness for a quick, high-quality service. The restaurant also offers gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes.

 

At the snack bar, the bread, pizzas and focaccias are made in-house with high-quality flour. San Daniele prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, alpine cheese and fresh vegetables are used in the various dishes. Cooked ham, sausages and salamis are produced from animals belonging to the Gorza family, antibiotic-free animals raised on SENZA non-GMO feeds.
